Do People Have A Right to Die?

This week Canadians are considering physicians-assisted suicide legislation that would allow those suffering from a “serious and incurable illness” to end their lives. This is problematic for Rabbi Brad Hirschfield, president of Clal and co-founder and executive editor of TheWisdomDaily.com, who says we should focus instead on how we can “ease people’s suffering as much as possible as often as possible.”
